Swift is a new programming language developed by Apple introduced at the 2014 WWDC event. This will be the programming language adopted by Apple and developers superseding objective-C which they have used for decades. Swift was introduced in xCode 6 including a new syntax.

Apple released a guide upon the release of the Swift programming language to aid developers. This included tutorials of the new syntax and exercises known as 'experiments'. This section compiles solutions to these experiments and a cut-down version of the guide for quick reference
